Our collective has been the creative force behind the Carmel Christkindlmarkt, Indiana’s premier holiday attraction, since 2021. Together, we’ve managed the full scope of marketing and communications—building seasonal branding, crafting cohesive ad campaigns, producing photography and video, managing social media strategy, and leading public relations outreach. The result has been a consistent, recognizable look and voice that captures the market’s warmth and tradition while reaching new audiences each year.
The impact speaks for itself: attendance has grown season over season, revenue more than doubled from $4.4 million in 2021 to $9.3 million in 2024, and the market has earned national media attention in outlets like Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, and National Geographic Travel. In 2025, our team was honored with the Indiana Tourism Association’s Best Digital Marketing Campaign award for our 2024 season work. This project not only launched our co-op—it continues to prove the power of collaboration in delivering meaningful results for cultural attractions.
