Project Co-pilot; reporting, ad buys, campaign optimization.
Rachel is an Emmy Award–winning video producer and strategic, mission-driven marketing and design leader who helps cultural and nonprofit organizations spark connection through smart branding, bold campaigns, and measurable results. With over ten years across museums, nonprofits, and wellness organizations, she specializes in the intersection of creative and analytics: owning reporting, dashboards, paid media, and optimization while stewarding cohesive storytelling across web, email, social, print, and onsite experiences.
Rachel’s portfolio includes high-visibility work for the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), where she oversaw integrated marketing with a 7× return on ad spend and produced major campaigns (Art Bash; Diego Rivera’s America) that generated $400K+ in sponsored media value. At Bay Area Discovery Museum, she led digital strategy and UX improvements, increasing engagement by 340% and building automated performance reporting for leadership. As a consultant to the Carmel Christkindlmarkt, one of the Midwest’s largest holiday festivals, she crafted seasonal content systems that doubled engagement year-over-year and delivered 2M+ organic reach in consecutive seasons. Additional roles include directing brand and content strategy for a large medical practice and ongoing consulting through HSK Consulting for impact-focused clients.
Fluent in GA4, WordPress, Meta Ads, Mailchimp/ActiveCampaign and other email marketing software, Salesforce, Altru products, and the Adobe suite, Rachel brings clarity, warmth, and accountability to every project. She earned her B.S. in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University (summa cum laude), holds an M.S. in Museum & Historical Administration, and is completing an M.S. in Digital Marketing at UC Berkeley (expected Dec 2025).
